Mori Business Academy is a professional skills and personal development training platform to enhance Beaute Mori Sdn Bhd’s members and to assist women who desire to obtain entrepreneurial and life skills for their professional and personal development. The courses offered are conducted by highly qualified and experienced trainers from Malaysia and overseas.

The courses include personal development, communication skills, interpersonal relationship, entrepreneurship, leadership, digital marketing, personal branding, grooming, nutrition and others.

Under Mori Business Academy, we also set up Mori Entrepreneurs Dream Fund that is eligible to women from vulnerable communities who want to improve themselves. Successful applicants are eligible to attend the same courses without any charges and are not required to join as a distributor.

Mori Business Academy strives to close the gap of gender inequality in Malaysia by building the capacity of women so that they enjoy the same level of access and success as men. When women are contributing as much as men in a society, this will enhance and uplift the society.

In conjunction with SDG ‘quality education’, Mori Business Academy is an education institution that promotes life-long learning by constantly collaborating with experts and curating new courses relevant to market trends, empowering women to keep abreast with the latest developments in technology, market, and self-development.

At the time of a global pandemic, Mori Business Academy’s courses such as digital marketing and sales become especially important in empowering women to run their business online. This enabled them to continue supporting their families financially during the difficult time, aligned with SDG ‘decent work and economic growth’.

Mori Business Academy has created a learning system and shaped the culture of growth mindset within Beaute Mori organisation. The distributors’ openness to learning new things enabled them to embrace changes and adapt to digital marketing and online sales quickly during the pandemic. The impact of distributors’ flexibility and adaptability was especially profound when more than 80% of full time distributors became the main source of income in the family during this challenging period.
