4U Institute of Interpersonal Relationship was initiated by Master Michael Chiang, who has to date accrued 22 years of experience in teaching major companies in Asia on one of the biggest challenges faced by many companies: Interpersonal Relationship and Communication.

In 2016, 4U was successfully positioned as “No. 1 Real World Brand In Talent Training” with ace & foremost professional trainers from varied industries gathered at 4U. From there, 4U Institute has extended its service beyond the successful interpersonal relationship training series, covers individual’s holistic development architecture which is necessary within organizations – others include strategic planning, business communication, multidisciplinary innovation, and charisma expansion. Our 5 practical series have made 4U a favourable platform that is influential, high-energy, promote righteousness, counter value, and energetic among various organizations.

4U For Love Charitable Trust was kicked by Master Michael Chiang, Founder of 4U Institute on in 1st March 2015 aims to provide free education to aid in spiritual growth by guiding participants to understand human nature, finding the right way to love, which will then bring forward a more positive thinking and practical breakthroughs.

In addition to their teaching professions, letting them appreciate the character differences among students to appropriately better guide them in their personality development and bring up their harmonious attitudes to compliment a holistic education. This would help the students to develop in various aspects. We aim to foster teachers’ willingness to on-pass the value of 4U, the 4U wisdom.



This apply as well as in the schools organization as well. The schools have been feedback to us that they are having more harmony atmosphere in schools, and the headmasters have the better understanding on themselves and the team, they choose lead with wisdom and establish supreme system in the schools.


Through the training that provided by 4U Institute of Interpersonal Relationship, 4U For Love have been successfully sponsored 10 school teachers to the course “4U For YOU” and sent 8 impoverished students to the course “4U For YOUTH”.


First big scale of program have been organized on 5-6 December 2018 in Nilai that benefited 60 schools teaches and 19 headmasters and deputy headmasters. Second program have been organized on 18-19 June 2018 in Bukir Mertajam that benefited 100 schools headmasters, deputy headmasters and teaches.

What impact has this project created in the community / nation?

This would help the students to develop in various aspects. We aim to foster teachers’ willingness to on-pass the value of 4U, the 4U wisdom. The Course has been changing their way of communication and connect between husband and wife and with their children as well, that family will be happier and more successful. Behavioral model has given them the breakthrough in thoughts, get to focus their energy on self-corrections and make oneself a better person.

How has this project help to advance the chosen SDG?
To reach the sustainable development as a goal needed a mature system/program to be maintain it. 4U Institute have a system and course that have been conducted more than 25 years and the team have been conducted more than 10 years of experiences.
With the learning, we believe all the benefited teachers and student willing to spread the news to the others in order for them to register for the next session of the courses to improve in their own career and company. and we are appreciated the all the while support from the all levels of the community, companies, schools and media.
